as the moon goes to Virgo,
new adventures i experience day by day.
so i woke up early in the morning,
and run in the darkness of the town,
inhaling whatever i need to get through the day,
and exhaling whatever that is bothering me.
after a daily dose of Prozac,
i took my shower
and went to my massage class,
far, far away in Watertown (ok it's not too far).
and so there i was,
memorizing all the name of the muscles,
folding and unfolding sheets and towels,
remembering each spine and ribs to touch,
and pressure point.
and then i begin the massage.
each human's body has it's own legend,
their body part is telling their experience,
knots, strains, clots,
I just have to listen carefully,
in the silence,
what the body is trying to say.
and there,
i share a story,
with whatever i touch.
it took a lot of trust and courage for a person to be able to be massaged by me.
and the moment they give their body,
i hold a story of their life.
after all,
this is only a means of communication.
p.s. (did i told you the whole course took 8 hours?)
